Drin Martos, a young farm boy, wants nothing more than to fulfill his responsibilities as a man of the Empire by completing his Selection. He dreams of retuning home to his family’s farm where his father, mother, and twin little sisters will be waiting. But such is the nature of fate that it does not always align with one’s dreams. And Drin Martos is no exception.
